Hello all, I'm feeling so sad, I can't enjoy a nice dessert with sugar in it or any sweet beverages because the sugar gives me severe physical anxiety that remains for one and a half day atleast. Why is this and what can I do about it? I'm on 23 mg of valium.
Thank you
Hey all I'm in the hospital voluntarily but I'm about to leave, I'm here for tapering off benzodiazepines, valium to be exact and the doctor wants to taper off 1 mg per week. I did a cold turkey about 9 months ago for 4 days before I reinstated off 1 mg of ativan and 7 mg of valium and ever...
Hey all, the past 2 days I was feeling great, had no physical anxiety all day and I finally stabilized on 12 and 12 mg. Now today I had an interview with my new addiction doctor this morning at 9 am the time I had to take my valium morning dose of 12 mg and I forgot to take it for 21 minutes...

Thank you

Naturally occurring benzodiazepines have been identified in regular food such as wheat and potato, but there is still no evidence that potato extracts can affect CNS responses in vivo. Here we found that undiluted potato juice and potato juice diluted...
Quite a few members of the forum have had experience with proton pump inhibitors (PPI) and have experienced first hand their horrible side effects. Here is a short sample of what people are experiencing while taking one of the well-known PPI drugs:

Given how popular the benzos are among the mental health professionals, I wonder if the recent epidemic of various dementias including AD is at least partially due to overusing those drugs. For those that do need an anti-anxiety drug, niacinamide works just like a benzo but protects against (and...
I have been mentioning in many of my posts that there is quite a bit of research (mostly Russian) claiming that niacinamide (and to a lesser degree niacin) act like true benzodiazepine drugs. This comparison was my motivation for combining the caffeine with niacinamide. Here are some studies...
