I was thinking why if chloroquine is being used, why not Artemisinin? It turns out Madagascar is already doing it. But it's only being reported this late, and when a study is being made.

If it heals but it's not licensed to kill, like Remdisivir is, it's not safe to use.
Been using it for years now...and beginning to think it is protecting me from Covid...and I am a real candidate...but I am cautiously optimistic about recent interest/research.

Did you notice any "getting used to" from taking artemisinin and hence its diminishing efficacy?

Personally, I take it (Artemisia annua) as preventative only about 2-3 days per month. It seems very potent to me. And to cure afever, chills, etc until they are gone, about for a week at most so far.

I have a cat who was diagnosed, via cell biopsy, with squamous cell carcinoma. Vet told me max he’d have to live would be 3 months. And their was a secondary supperative osteomyelitis (took him in for dental cleaning). Got back Ivan with most of his teeth gone, and being told the worst thing ever. I asked what could be done. They said nothing, just keep him comfortable. And when he loses his appetite I had to have him euthanized.

This does have a happy ending, don’t worry. I searched on the internet for alternatives, and there you go, “everything wormwood...”. I got a kitten right before this happened, and now he’s playing 8 hrs a day with the other cat, and I feed him tons. It’s been close to 9 months, and he’s going strong.

So I guess this does work, I’m so glad I see through things that I would never have questioned before. For me that is what Ray Peat has given me. That was think, perceive, action...

How much did you dose your cat?

Not sure if you're still around to answer this, but I'm in the same boat. My cat has oral SCC under his tongue and still not 100% sure if I'm supposed to use tinctures of Wormwood (Artemisia Absinthia), Artemisia Annua, or perhaps even a liposomal Artemisinin. Also I'm concerned about the organic cane alcohol in some of the tinctures, but I'm assuming if I left it out in a shot glass most of it would evaporate.

Someone on a Facebook group claimed that after giving their cat Nattokinase, Liposomal VitC, and Artemisia Annua for its mouth cancer the inflammation cleared up big time and now their cat can actually fully close its mouth.

Any input from others is greatly appreciated.

I've been reading some case reports of people who got severe hepatitis after artemisia annua tea, but I haven't seen nearly as many reports of problems with artemisinin. Is there a difference in safety profiles? Do you think it was contamination of the supplement, or was it caused by something in the artemisia annua (Thujone, Artemisinin)?

Wondering how cautious I should be with this herb.

I get severe reactions from artemisia annua. I’ve tried it twice, with the most recent being a light tea, because the first time I got very sick very taking a capsule. The tea made me quite sick as well. I don’t know if it’s taking care of a deep rooted problem or causing one.

I made one batch of artemisia annua gin extract last year. Didn't work.

There was leftover dry herb so I made another batch last May, and so I decide to give it another whirl.

I took one shot on the rocks yesterday morning, followed by another before bed.

Woke up. Went shopping at the public market. Came home and had breakfast. After some time of sitting down, I took my BP and I was surprised to see it come way down.

The difference this time? I had been taking my special vitamin E blend and had stopped it for a few days because I felt it was lysing plaque too well that there were a lot of bacteria being released from dormancy in the plaque biofilm.

Last Friday I saw my wbc go up and my albumin dropped steeply. I figure it was because there was so much oxidative stress involved in the immune system killing the bacteria that a lot of albumin was used up as an anti-oxidant. This was causing my urine to become foamy again.

Seems like the art annua extract was doing the job as an antibacterial. This relieved the immune system of the load of killing bacteria, and spared albumin from being used again.

Really a surprise. As I was thinking of getting some antibiotics but decided to hold off while I try this and a few herbs like clove.

I still got 1.6 liters of extract with me so I'll spend the next few weeks using it up.

This may be a part of the stack I'll use with my vitamin E blend. And my sleep just keeps getting better. I notice in this low infection/ inflammation state, I am actually doing less tossing and turning, as seen in my sleep data recorded by my sleep app.

What is that special E blend? You know, I have long been interested in your E trials....specially the lysing of plaque. BTW I had my leukemia reappear after switching from pure Artemisinin to the Artemisia leaf extract. Back on the Artemisinin.

It's this one:

Post in thread 'The Policosanols Thread' The Policosanols Thread

I had to custom blend as the Zionist medical complex makes effective medicine unavailable.

BTW, the Artimisia annua extract works because it is effective against periodontal bacteria, which is my nemesis (periodontal bacteria) :

Is the leukemia primary myeloid or secondary? Healing can be stressful and so the rest of the body should be able to stand up to the stress.

In my case, my serum albumin dropped a lot from using my vitamin E blend, which as I said was so effective that it released a lot of bacteria, which causes an immune response that created a lot of oxidative stress that used up a lot of albumin as an antioxidant. I had to stop vitamin E intake to allow my serum albumin to be replenished.

Maybe I am bacteria ridden and that’s the reason I get sick every time I take AA. When I have the courage again, and enough days off, I will try it again in the hopes that it is taking care of something at the root. Reason would say, though, eventually it would have to be less problematic for me, if it is truly taking care of a problem.

Thank you for the good link on Art. and the info on your E protocol...am impressed by your knowledge...I have CLL, going on 5 years now...Artemisinin has kept it in remission so far.

You have to know what bacteria it is you're dealing with, as it worked for me because my bacteria is periodontal.

Ok, thank you. I do have gum issues, so maybe that is sign enough.

You're welcome. I'm glad artemisinin helps with the CLL. What else are you taking for it?

Nothing else, just following a Peatish diet/supps. The Artemisinin also demolished all my prostate problems. Believe it also protects me from the Covid scam...ie bad flu. Pretty amazing stuff....

Great to hear.

Do you mean Benign prostatic hyperplasia ?

I didn't know it was effective for this.
