What’s ionic calcium?

Anyways a much simpler mouth wash is a few drops of methylene blue in water.

Interesting. I've been mixing my glycine together with my eggshell powder (3:1 ratio) for ease of use for about 4-5 months now. I take a teaspoon of the mixture with every meat meal, I swish it around before swallowing. That'd be awesome if doing this has some benefit for teeth.

Like the idea...

Is it supposed to remineralize teeth?

please forgive my moronic postings, even though glycine is harmless for teeth

if you really want to remineralise your teeth - you want ARGININE

google arginine and teeth and prepare to be amazed

i know this forum is against using it orally because it raises nitric oxide, but as mouthwash, it will be totally safe

Just realised Colgate ‘pro-argin’ formula has arginine in it. I wonder if it’s a useful once a week replacement from my fluoride free toothpaste?

Wow. My diet was always pretty low in arginine. That might explain a lot of my dental issues. I need to get some arginine ASAP.

Many thanks for this post!

well only as a mouthwash

as a supplement it is very dangerous and raises nitric oxide

What's the evidence for the Calcium ingredient - and can you link to a product that you qualify as "ionic calcium"?

Have been using arginine as described by johnwester130 since Tuesday and my mouth is already much less dry. Nothing else helped me for my dry mouth so far. This is awesome.

This is interesting, found this;

Nitric oxide has a very short half life in the body, (we’re talking just a few seconds), and must be continually supplied. It’s the reason why I began taping my mouth at night. Twenty-five percent of overall nitric oxide is produced in the nasal passages, and it’s imperative that they are kept moist through nose breathing.
Xylitol nose sprays help nitric oxide production :):
