Its dose should be no more than 10 mg, and should not contain junk excipients.

This one is very cheap, but contains microcrystalline cellulose. https://www.vitacost.com/vitacost-dhea-5-mg-300-capsules-1

What do you think?

This one looks good, has anyone tried this? https://www.vitacost.com/enzymatic-therapy-youthful-you-dhea

Another good looking dhea supplement: https://www.vitacost.com/douglas-laboratories-dhea-10-mg-100-vegetarian-capsules

Another: https://www.amazon.com/Integrative-...031WSEHK/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_sims?ie=UTF8

Haidut’s pansterone looks good, but it’s expensive for long term every day use.

With 10 mg capsules, I intend to discard the capsules, and use half of the powdered dhea in every dose.

Any suggestions?

It is safer to take pregnenolone and let that optimize your DHEA. It worked for me and was proven by blood test. If you take too much DHEA it will convert to estrogen.

How old were you? Weight? How much pregnenolone? Does it stop regulating after a certain age? What were the before/after lab results?

An integrative MD tested me when I was about 60 and I was taking it the next day. Started with 10mg and eventually got to 25mg daily for decades. Now at 81 I take it every other day or so. I've been fine with it. People who don't know me say I look in my 60's...
