I've come across various things online linking excessive B2 with tumor activity, B2 deficiency "starving" cancer cells, etc. Has anyone heard of this or think supplementation is a concern? B2 deficiency is fairly common and associated with skin autoimmune conditions.

The myth of “starving” cancer cells is just that - a myth.

Cancel cells have abnormal metabolisms and they are already “starving” - that is, lacking appropriate nutrition and environment to function normally.

I don’t think there is any benefit in restricting B Vitamins. I do think it is possible to overdose on B Vits, contrary to the belief that excess will just be excreted since they are water-soluble.

Ok, that's my concern, the overdosing.
