Bulk Apothecary Hydrogenated Coconut Oil Not Food Grade

I have been eating a 7 lb container of hydrogenated coconut oil from bulk apothecary. I emailed them regarding if it was food grade and they replyed that it is not made in a food grade facility. My opinion is that it probably is safe to consume, however am going to stop eating it in good conscience.

TKB says on their website it is food grade.

The oil from Bulk Apothecary smelled and tasted really weird, and I thought I was having a bad reaction to it. I could have sworn it said food grade when I bought it... I guess not.

The stuff from TKB Trading is so much better. No weird smell or taste.
