Polymethylsiloxane polyhydrate (PMSPH) is a material use for sorption detoxification. It acts as sorbent for binding toxic substances of various natures, pathogens and metabolites in the gastrointestinal tract and their excretion. PMSPH is a homogeneous paste-like mass of white or almost white color, odorless.

There is a lot of info a about enterosgel against endotoxins. For example here (in russian) Эффективность энтеросгеля в коррекции системной эндотоксинемии у детей с атопическим дерматитом
For endotoxemia they used 1 tbs 3 times per day for 2 weeks.

In Wikipedia (also in russian) they say, that if taken 1-2 hours before or after meals , it doesn't have negative impact on microelements and vitamins absorption from food. So is it safer than charcoal?

I used it for acute poisoning by street food in Asia. And as far as I remember one more time for "oh-****-I'm dying" type of stomach pain and intoxication caused by moldy cheese I accidentally have eaten. It was effective. I would try it for endotoxin.

Me too :) But i've found already some studies in pubmed. Seems, that specifically for endotoxin it is not superior to charcoal though.
I think i will give it a try anyway.
