I'll look those up, but I wanted to know Ray Peat's views on caloric needs among individuals of varying sizes(frame & height).
@CLASH I'm on low fat and sometimes wonder if(despite fructose increasing cholesterol) it's absolutely necessary for hormonal production. Hopefully what I'm ingesting(30g-40g in one single meal a day) is enough for bile health or to avoid gallstones.
