Why cite a newspaper, antiquated organ that emits toxic slimy protoplasm of words intended to confuse the tiny minds of the paralyzed masses ? Instead, rely on.... an MD who has two wits:

"Over 30 years ago, two ophthalmologists observed that a combination tablet called “Iodo-niacin” (iodide 120 milligrams, niacin 15 milligrams) taken for several months could actually reverse atherosclerotic clogging of arteries. They proved this effect by taking pictures of clogged arteries in the backs of the eyes (“retinal photomicrographs”) before and after treatment. The published photographs showed a significant lessening of the cholesterol-laden artery clogging in the “after” pictures." Iodide - One Mineral Can Help A Myriad Of Conditions From Atherosclerosis To “COPD” to Zits - Tahoma Clinic

The Ophthalmologists' name was Abrahamson, that gives you a start. Please, don't argue with me, I'm only a messenger and realize that "social media" has made > 1/3 of the people want to argue, habitually, they learned it from their TV.

I've observed that very few who are able, actually seek truth, rather, they seem to seek affirmation of their held views -- as if they weren't sure of them. I don't think it possible to prove anything to anyone, unless they are willing to accept your argument in view of preponderances of evidence, which is rare. Even if you ask a person what it will take to prove something to them, many deceive themselves by offering something such as, "If it's signed by Frau Dipl. Med. Prof. Doctor Ilke von Gutenberg IV, PhD, MD, LSMFT." If you happen to obtain such a document and show it to your antagonist, he or she will still search for some way to reject it, for that is the way of bone-headed people - they want to argue, not learn. Hahaha, argument is a mere contest to see who "wins", and debates are always ego trips.

This arterial plaque thing is so ancient, and the fact that few are aware of it, evidences only their interests in more important things, like gluttony, fetishes, gambling, porn, alcohol, drugs, etc. No worries, maybe 50 people read this message and 2 or 3 have the wisdom to understand / adopt it. Most don't care about their neighbors, which is why nobody will care about them, and any thoughts of any kind of health or other revolution, are moot points. I think the best thing anyone can do, is pay me a quarter if they want to hear the squawk box squawk more. Malignant pleural effusion, cachexia, lymphedema, bwahh, fixing that is old-hat. Well it's impossible for sure to know what caused the heart attack, I doubt genetics. From the metabolic perspective to health, he did do several things wrong. Elevated free fatty acids, endotoxin, and under active thyroid likely all played a factor here. Less PUFA, less bad fiber, thyroid, and niacinamide would've likely done the guy some good. If he knew he had family history of heart disease, he should've been doing the Linus Pauling treatment. Heart disease is common in my family, so I do the Linus maintenance dosage everyday.
