Remembering seeing him suggest along the lines of 130/80 being "good". Pulse pressure (difference between systolic and diastolic numbers) 50 or below. Vitamin K is very important for healthy pulse pressure. Fat, vitamin D, calcium and magnesium play important blood pressure roles.

What is the ideal blood pressure range according to Ray Peat?
Hi said that, for older, (over 55-60) even 160 in the morning, when blood viscosity is high and dehydration's here , is normal, if it'll go down to 140 in the middle of the day.

What are some things that increase blood pressure?

Chronic adrenaline increases blood pressure. Protein, caffeine, nicotine, sugar, aspirin without sufficient calories/carbs to support them will cause adrenaline. Unstable blood sugar, caused by irregular or imbalanced meals, raises adrenaline. Deficiency of vitamin K will increase blood pressure.

All things that increase adrenaline will cause excessive magnesium loss, btw.
