Mirko Beljanski: Early Life
Mirko Beljanski was born in 1923 in a small village in former Yugoslavia called Turija.
At age 25, he immigrated to France where he remained the rest of his life. After receiving his PhD in Molecular Biology from the Sorbonne in Paris, he was accepted in 1951 as a biologist and researcher with the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS – French equivalent to the NIH) to work at the prestigious Pasteur Institute in Paris.
Dr. Beljanski was one of the first molecular biologists to study RNA, which plays a dynamic role in cell regulation. In 1960, he was awarded the Charles Léopold Mayer prize after having spent two years at NYU Medical School (1956-1958) working with Nobel Prize winner Professor Severo Ochoa.
For almost 50 years, he studied DNA and RNA biology and made numerous discoveries. For example, he found that reverse transcriptases exist not only in viruses, but also in other types of organisms, including bacteria, fungus, and fish.
Central Dogma of Molecular Biology
Within the scientific community at the time, the difference between normal and cancerous DNA was considered to be caused by mutations, meaning alterations of the DNA’s primary structure. This explanation is still held to be true though the focus today is on oncogenes as their harmful activity is considered to derive from mutations that have occurred in normal proto-oncogenes. In contrast, Mirko Beljanski demonstrated that the fundamental difference between normal and cancer DNA really lies in its secondary structure: the cancer DNA double helix is permanently opened over large areas, whereas in normal DNA, relaxation only occurs locally and temporarily for replication or gene expression.
Unregulated strand separation, and the ensuing replication and gene expression due to newly exposed initiation sites, account for the characteristic properties of the cancer cell, namely its enhanced multiplication and spurious protein synthesis.
Unfortunately, Dr. Beljanski was forced to leave the Pasteur Institute as his innovative ideas drastically conflicted with the Institute’s new director, Jacques Monod. Passionate about these findings, Mirko Beljanski continued his work at the Chatenay-Malabry School of Pharmacy where he benefited from his knowledge of cellular regulation to design supplements capable of helping people without harmful side effects.
In 1988, by then officially retired, Mirko Beljanski created his own Centre de Recherche Biologique (CERBIOL) in Saint Prim, close to Lyon, where he perfected his extracts and continued to publish. He published a total of 133 scientific papers, wrote 2 books, and filed 11 patents over his lifetime.
French President François Mitterrand Use The Beljanski’s Ingredients
In 1994, François Mitterrand, then President of France, turned to the Beljanski products during his battle with an advanced prostate cancer. Against all predictions, his health improved and he was able to complete his second term as President. Dr. Claude Gubler revealed this secret in his book “Le Grand Secret”.
Tragically, Mirko Beljanski died in 1998 after several years of persecution in France for his innovative ideas. The conventional oncology community ostracized him, despite the fact that his theories on cancer were aimed at complementing chemotherapy and radiation, not replacing them. People marched in the streets of Paris and Lyon, demanding, in vain, that the French Ministry of Health review his products and accept his clinical trials.
Recent Recognition of His Work
Only a few years after Mirko Beljanski passed away, his persecution was recognized by the European Court of Human Rights, which handed down a unanimous decision condemning France for its violation of his most basic human rights (Feb 7, 2002).
For almost 50 years, Mirko Beljanski fully devoted himself to scientific research with his wife and research associate, Monique, at his side. When he made his discoveries on cancer, dozens of doctors in France and Belgium worked with him to analyze how these extracts could complement the classic protocols.
Today Mirko Beljanski’s work continues in the United States, where his products (the Beljanski® Products) are distributed by Natural Source International, Ltd.

Beljanski’s Pao pereira extract
In France, Mirko Beljanski PhD. (1923-1998), working at the Pasteur Institute in Paris, was the first to investigate the anticancer activity of Geissospermum (Pao pereira) as an extract that would be effective against cancer cells, but not penetrate healthy cells. He published several publications published on the anticancer effect of his Pao pereira extract, which he called PB-100 (Pao pereira Beljanski 100), are dedicated to the efficiency and selectivity of its action.
Since Mirko Beljanski’s death, with the support of The Beljanski Foundation, Inc., several publications by renowned academic institutions have confirmed the efficacy and lack of toxicity of Pao pereira extract (as prepared by Dr. Beljanski and provided by Natural Source International, Ltd.) on different lines of cancer cells and on synergy with chemotherapy.

Dr. Beljanski’s Major Discoveries

Mirko Beljanski, PhD, (1923-1998), biochemist and biologist, spent his professional career at the Pasteur Institute in Paris, studying the causes and mechanisms occurring during gene activation, cell division and tissue development in both normal and malignant states. His book “The Regulation of DNA Replication & Transcription”, published in 1983 (first edition – ed. Krager), is devoted to this critical subject.
Dr. Beljanski discovered a change in the conformation of the cell’s DNA when in the presence of carcinogens (mutagens or other), pollutants, or other harmful molecules.
He showed that the DNA of a cancer cell becomes unwound or destabilized, a finding that was recently confirmed in the United States.
These results led him to invent the Oncotest, which allowed him to identify the carcinogenic potential of different molecules often present in our daily surroundings.
This Oncotest led Dr. Beljanski to discover the beneficial effects of two specific plant extracts:
Subsequently, Beljanski showed that Pao pereira also has a broad-spectrum antiviral effect. He studied the Pao pereira action against certain viruses, including HIV (the AIDS virus). Indeed, the Pao Pereira extract inhibits viral replication: it inhibits the reverse transcriptase and the polymerase, which allow the virus to multiply. Beljanski showed that Pao pereira extract is an excellent antiviral agent with broad spectrum (hepatitis, HIV, herpes…)1-2.

A clinical trial was conducted at the University Hospital Lapeyronie in Montpellier with the PB-100 (former name of Pao pereira extract prepared by Beljanski’s method) and published in 1994 in « Deutsche Zeitschrift für Onkologie 6 ». It followed patients infected with the AIDS virus for 12 months, focusing on CD4/CD8. Although the patients chosen were at high short-term risk of AIDS, the study concludes that Pao pereira improves several important parameters such as CD4 counts and CD4 / CD8 ratios. Viral antigen levels (p24) were stable or lower in all patients and ß2-microglobulin levels also remained stable. No opportunistic diseases developed during the clinical trial.3The paper’s conclusion is that the product “should become an asset for AIDS therapy”.
Since then, many doctors have confirmed the potential of this extract in the treatment of viral hepatitis or AIDS.
These discoveries lead Mirko Beljanski to suggest a new approach to health. Since then, the benefits of Pao pereira and Rauwolfia vomitoria have been confirmed and expanded upon recent research supported by The Beljanski Foundation.
Also, Dr. Beljanski was one of the first biologists to study small RNA fragments, which plays an important role in the growth of a cell. Some RNA fragments stimulate the formation of white blood cells and platelets.Mirko Beljanski discovered that they not only help maintain normal white blood cell and platelet levels which may decrease to dangerously low levels in a number of situations, including radiation therapy and chemotherapy, but they also preserve normal proportions among the various kinds of white blood cells, notably those that fight infections. These RNA fragments promote the DNA of healthy cells; never that of cancer cells.
In 2010, these properties of the Beljanski RNA fragments, which are extracted from a non pathogenic bacteria, has been confirmed by clinical trial at Cancer Treatments Center of America (CTCA) in the United States.
As a result of a research contract he concluded with the French army, Mirko Beljanski was also able to study protection against radiation. He showed that when administered with a third plant extract – the Golden Leaf Ginkgo biloba – the RNA fragments had the beneficial effect of protecting the body against the negative impact of radiation (prevention and therapeutic action). The Golden Leaf Ginkgo biloba extract has a completely different biochemical composition than the standard green-leaf extract.

Beljanski’s Rauwolfia vomitoria extract
Mirko Beljanski (1923-1998) a biochemist and biologist, who spent his professional career at the Pasteur Institute in Paris, studying the causes and mechanisms of gene activation, cell division and tissue development in both normal and malignant states, created a sensitive analysis, the “Oncotest”, which allowed him to identify the carcinogenic potential of different molecules often present in our daily surroundings .(1)
Using his Oncotest, Beljanski focused on a secondary alkaloid present in Rauwolfia vomitoria: alstonine, which has been isolated and studied since 1952.(2) Beljanski perfected a Rauwolfia vomitoria extract standardized in alstonine, but devoid of reserpine. Beljanski noted that once reserpine was removed from the Rauwolfia vomitoria extract, the extract had very low toxicity, no hypertensive effect, but a selective effect on cancer cells.(3) Alstonine is so specific to cancerous cells that Beljanski used it as a diagnostic agent designed for selective detection of tumors in cytogenetic tests. The diagnostic agent has application in preoperative and postoperative diagnoses. Beljanski’s invention was recognized and patented.(4)
Toxicity studies were conducted, confirming the safety of the Rauwolfia vomitoria extract. Mirko Beljanski’s extract has been safely sold in the USA since 1997 under the name Rovol V®.

Beljanski’s Golden Leaf of Ginkgo Biloba extract
In the 80s, Dr. Mirko Beljanski became very interested in Ginkgo biloba as its leaves contain an abundance of molecules with very interesting properties. Determined not to use young green leaves as others had, he waited until the leaves had aged and synthesized different profiles of molecules, and by doing so, effectively eliminated the need for organic solvents in the extraction process. Some highly beneficial aspects of the extract include: regulation of nucleases (pathology and chemotherapy change a cells nucleus quantitatively and qualitatively); protection from side effects of gamma-radiation (powerful protective element against various side effects including fibrosis), the protection of chromosomes; and positive effect on the liver. No carcinogenic effect has ever been observed with the Golden leaf of Ginkgo Biloba extracts as shown using the Oncotest(1) (Beljanski’s sensitive assay for carcinogens), tests in mice (used extensively in studies on radiation protection) and in humans who have been using it for many years.
It is important to remember that the Ginkgo biloba extract developed by Mirko Beljanski is fundamentally different from others, due to time of maturation of the raw material and the method of extraction. The golden leaf Ginkgo biloba extract has a completely different biochemical composition than the standard green-leaf extract.

Dr. Mirko Beljanski spent the bulk of his professional life devoted not to cancerous DNA but to uncovering the mysteries of RNA. The thirty years he spent at the Pasteur Institute, from 1948 to 1978, were dedicated to some of the earliest discoveries in modern research on RNA and its relationship to DNA.

Cancer
The number of synthetic chemicals introduced since World War II is astonishing (see fig. 1). Studies on the health effects of some 85,000 of these chemicals are currently underway but will take decades or perhaps centuries to complete. Nearly 3,000 of those chemicals are produced in excess of 1 million pounds annually. Yet little data is publicly available about even the basic toxicity of 75 percent of these high production volume chemicals.(1)
Is it possible to entirely rethink the origin of cancer and find new solutions in order to develop molecules able to selectively block cancerous cell multiplication without killing healthy cells?
The late Mirko Beljanski, PhD, a biologist-biochemist who worked for over 30 years at the famous Pasteur Institute in Paris, dedicated a book to the exploration of the basic principles of DNA replication and transcription and the role of trigger molecules in normal and malignant gene expression.(2)At the time, the scientific community at large considered that the difference between normal and cancer DNA was caused by mutations, that is to say by alterations of DNA’s primary structure (known as the genetic code). This explanation is still held to be true. Though interest now focuses on oncogenes, their harmful activity is considered to derive from mutations that have occurred in normal proto-oncogenes.
In contrast, Mirko Beljanski demonstrated that the fundamental difference between normal and cancer DNA really lies in their secondary structure; the cancer DNA double helix is permanently destabilized over large areas, whereas, in normal DNA, relaxation only occurs locally and temporarily for replication or for gene expression (see fig 2).Unintentional strand separation and exposure of new initiation sites for replication and gene expression account for the characteristic properties of the cancer cell, namely enhanced multiplication and spurious protein synthesis (see fig. 3). Dr. Beljanski focused on complex mechanisms at the biochemical level, analyzing the pathways involved when cells differentiate or escape control during cancer development. Dr. Beljanski devoted much effort to investigating the role of endogenous and exogenous molecules in triggering the differential release of information from DNA as well as influencing cell transformation. He found that carcinogens trigger the unwinding of the cancer DNA’s secondary structure by successively and randomly attaching to vulnerable sites in purified cancer DNA.(3,4)
Dr. Beljanski reasoned that a substance that reacts in an equal and opposite way from carcinogens must surely exist in nature. While carcinogens increase unwinding and duplication in cancer DNA, Dr. Beljanski looked for natural molecules that would do the opposite—partially close the DNA strands and slow down cancer DNA synthesis. Following the analysis of several hundred compounds, Beljanski identified a small number that reduced UV absorption and template activity of cancer DNA in the Oncotest. What is more, these extracts did not affect the results obtained with normal DNA. These were the extracts Beljanski was looking for. Two of the extracts he found, derived from tropical plants, were particularly effective and became the focus of his research.(5) Dr. Beljanski created a new frontier for cancer therapy.
Dr. Beljanski’s extracts were subjected to an extensive series of tests to examine their effect on cultured cancer cells, on animals with various kinds of cancer, and ultimately in numerous human case studies.(6,7,8,9) The extracts showed several consistent and remarkable properties. First, they stopped the proliferation of cancer cell lines maintained in the laboratory, while sparing healthy cells. They were toxic to cancer cells in mice, but did no harm to healthy mice. They have proven to have anticancer effects on a range of human malignancies, but have shown no significant side effects. The activity of these extracts is selective to cancer DNA, to cancer cells, and to the tumors in organisms with cancer.

Research Genetic Cancer Center (R.G.C.C.), a genetic research laboratory whose headquarters are located in Greece, developed a test. R.G.C.C. has developed a patented membrane that is able to capture malignant cells from a simple blood sample. Then they match those malignant cells recovered from the blood sample with a panel of known anti-cancer agents and see what will indeed work. No more guessing, no more false hope.
Originally created to allow oncologists to select the chemotherapy treatment that will be the most effective against each specific cancer, it also allows other practitioners to know what may be the best natural approach to cancer therapy as well.

This explanation is still held to be true though the focus today is on oncogenes as their harmful activity is considered to derive from mutations that have occurred in normal proto-oncogenes. In contrast, Mirko Beljanski demonstrated that the fundamental difference between normal and cancer DNA really lies in its secondary structure: the cancer DNA double helix is permanently opened over large areas, whereas in normal DNA, relaxation only occurs locally and temporarily for replication or gene expression.
Unregulated strand separation, and the ensuing replication and gene expression due to newly exposed initiation sites, account for the characteristic properties of the cancer cell, namely its enhanced multiplication and spurious protein synthesis.
Unfortunately, Dr. Beljanski was forced to leave the Pasteur Institute as his innovative ideas drastically conflicted with the Institute’s new director, Jacques Monod. Passionate about these findings, Mirko Beljanski continued his work at the Chatenay-Malabry School of Pharmacy where he benefited from his knowledge of cellular regulation to design supplements capable of helping people without harmful side effects.
In 1988, by then officially retired, Mirko Beljanski created his own Centre de Recherche Biologique (CERBIOL) in Saint Prim, close to Lyon, where he perfected his extracts and continued to publish. He published a total of 133 scientific papers, wrote 2 books, and filed 11 patents over his lifetime.
French President François Mitterrand Use The Beljanski’s Ingredients
In 1994, François Mitterrand, then President of France, turned to the Beljanski products during his battle with an advanced prostate cancer. Against all predictions, his health improved and he was able to complete his second term as President. Dr. Claude Gubler revealed this secret in his book “Le Grand Secret”.
Tragically, Mirko Beljanski died in 1998 after several years of persecution in France for his innovative ideas. The conventional oncology community ostracized him, despite the fact that his theories on cancer were aimed at complementing chemotherapy and radiation, not replacing them. People marched in the streets of Paris and Lyon, demanding, in vain, that the French Ministry of Health review his products and accept his clinical trials.
Recent Recognition of His Work
Only a few years after Mirko Beljanski passed away, his persecution was recognized by the European Court of Human Rights, which handed down a unanimous decision condemning France for its violation of his most basic human rights (Feb 7, 2002).
For almost 50 years, Mirko Beljanski fully devoted himself to scientific research with his wife and research associate, Monique, at his side. When he made his discoveries on cancer, dozens of doctors in France and Belgium worked with him to analyze how these extracts could complement the classic protocols.
Today Mirko Beljanski’s work continues in the United States, where his products (the Beljanski® Products) are distributed by Natural Source International, Ltd.

Beljanski’s Pao pereira extract
In France, Mirko Beljanski PhD. (1923-1998), working at the Pasteur Institute in Paris, was the first to investigate the anticancer activity of Geissospermum (Pao pereira) as an extract that would be effective against cancer cells, but not penetrate healthy cells. He published several publications published on the anticancer effect of his Pao pereira extract, which he called PB-100 (Pao pereira Beljanski 100), are dedicated to the efficiency and selectivity of its action.
Since Mirko Beljanski’s death, with the support of The Beljanski Foundation, Inc., several publications by renowned academic institutions have confirmed the efficacy and lack of toxicity of Pao pereira extract (as prepared by Dr. Beljanski and provided by Natural Source International, Ltd.) on different lines of cancer cells and on synergy with chemotherapy.

Dr. Beljanski’s Major Discoveries

Mirko Beljanski, PhD, (1923-1998), biochemist and biologist, spent his professional career at the Pasteur Institute in Paris, studying the causes and mechanisms occurring during gene activation, cell division and tissue development in both normal and malignant states. His book “The Regulation of DNA Replication & Transcription”, published in 1983 (first edition – ed. Krager), is devoted to this critical subject.
Dr. Beljanski discovered a change in the conformation of the cell’s DNA when in the presence of carcinogens (mutagens or other), pollutants, or other harmful molecules.
He showed that the DNA of a cancer cell becomes unwound or destabilized, a finding that was recently confirmed in the United States.
These results led him to invent the Oncotest, which allowed him to identify the carcinogenic potential of different molecules often present in our daily surroundings.
This Oncotest led Dr. Beljanski to discover the beneficial effects of two specific plant extracts:
- – the Pao pereira
- – the Rauwolfia vomitoria
Subsequently, Beljanski showed that Pao pereira also has a broad-spectrum antiviral effect. He studied the Pao pereira action against certain viruses, including HIV (the AIDS virus). Indeed, the Pao Pereira extract inhibits viral replication: it inhibits the reverse transcriptase and the polymerase, which allow the virus to multiply. Beljanski showed that Pao pereira extract is an excellent antiviral agent with broad spectrum (hepatitis, HIV, herpes…)1-2.

A clinical trial was conducted at the University Hospital Lapeyronie in Montpellier with the PB-100 (former name of Pao pereira extract prepared by Beljanski’s method) and published in 1994 in « Deutsche Zeitschrift für Onkologie 6 ». It followed patients infected with the AIDS virus for 12 months, focusing on CD4/CD8. Although the patients chosen were at high short-term risk of AIDS, the study concludes that Pao pereira improves several important parameters such as CD4 counts and CD4 / CD8 ratios. Viral antigen levels (p24) were stable or lower in all patients and ß2-microglobulin levels also remained stable. No opportunistic diseases developed during the clinical trial.3The paper’s conclusion is that the product “should become an asset for AIDS therapy”.
Since then, many doctors have confirmed the potential of this extract in the treatment of viral hepatitis or AIDS.
These discoveries lead Mirko Beljanski to suggest a new approach to health. Since then, the benefits of Pao pereira and Rauwolfia vomitoria have been confirmed and expanded upon recent research supported by The Beljanski Foundation.
Also, Dr. Beljanski was one of the first biologists to study small RNA fragments, which plays an important role in the growth of a cell. Some RNA fragments stimulate the formation of white blood cells and platelets.Mirko Beljanski discovered that they not only help maintain normal white blood cell and platelet levels which may decrease to dangerously low levels in a number of situations, including radiation therapy and chemotherapy, but they also preserve normal proportions among the various kinds of white blood cells, notably those that fight infections. These RNA fragments promote the DNA of healthy cells; never that of cancer cells.
In 2010, these properties of the Beljanski RNA fragments, which are extracted from a non pathogenic bacteria, has been confirmed by clinical trial at Cancer Treatments Center of America (CTCA) in the United States.
As a result of a research contract he concluded with the French army, Mirko Beljanski was also able to study protection against radiation. He showed that when administered with a third plant extract – the Golden Leaf Ginkgo biloba – the RNA fragments had the beneficial effect of protecting the body against the negative impact of radiation (prevention and therapeutic action). The Golden Leaf Ginkgo biloba extract has a completely different biochemical composition than the standard green-leaf extract.

Beljanski’s Rauwolfia vomitoria extract
Mirko Beljanski (1923-1998) a biochemist and biologist, who spent his professional career at the Pasteur Institute in Paris, studying the causes and mechanisms of gene activation, cell division and tissue development in both normal and malignant states, created a sensitive analysis, the “Oncotest”, which allowed him to identify the carcinogenic potential of different molecules often present in our daily surroundings .(1)
Using his Oncotest, Beljanski focused on a secondary alkaloid present in Rauwolfia vomitoria: alstonine, which has been isolated and studied since 1952.(2) Beljanski perfected a Rauwolfia vomitoria extract standardized in alstonine, but devoid of reserpine. Beljanski noted that once reserpine was removed from the Rauwolfia vomitoria extract, the extract had very low toxicity, no hypertensive effect, but a selective effect on cancer cells.(3) Alstonine is so specific to cancerous cells that Beljanski used it as a diagnostic agent designed for selective detection of tumors in cytogenetic tests. The diagnostic agent has application in preoperative and postoperative diagnoses. Beljanski’s invention was recognized and patented.(4)
Toxicity studies were conducted, confirming the safety of the Rauwolfia vomitoria extract. Mirko Beljanski’s extract has been safely sold in the USA since 1997 under the name Rovol V®.

Beljanski’s Golden Leaf of Ginkgo Biloba extract
In the 80s, Dr. Mirko Beljanski became very interested in Ginkgo biloba as its leaves contain an abundance of molecules with very interesting properties. Determined not to use young green leaves as others had, he waited until the leaves had aged and synthesized different profiles of molecules, and by doing so, effectively eliminated the need for organic solvents in the extraction process. Some highly beneficial aspects of the extract include: regulation of nucleases (pathology and chemotherapy change a cells nucleus quantitatively and qualitatively); protection from side effects of gamma-radiation (powerful protective element against various side effects including fibrosis), the protection of chromosomes; and positive effect on the liver. No carcinogenic effect has ever been observed with the Golden leaf of Ginkgo Biloba extracts as shown using the Oncotest(1) (Beljanski’s sensitive assay for carcinogens), tests in mice (used extensively in studies on radiation protection) and in humans who have been using it for many years.
It is important to remember that the Ginkgo biloba extract developed by Mirko Beljanski is fundamentally different from others, due to time of maturation of the raw material and the method of extraction. The golden leaf Ginkgo biloba extract has a completely different biochemical composition than the standard green-leaf extract.

Dr. Mirko Beljanski spent the bulk of his professional life devoted not to cancerous DNA but to uncovering the mysteries of RNA. Cancer
The number of synthetic chemicals introduced since World War II is astonishing (see fig. 1). Studies on the health effects of some 85,000 of these chemicals are currently underway but will take decades or perhaps centuries to complete. Nearly 3,000 of those chemicals are produced in excess of 1 million pounds annually. Yet little data is publicly available about even the basic toxicity of 75 percent of these high production volume chemicals.(1)
Is it possible to entirely rethink the origin of cancer and find new solutions in order to develop molecules able to selectively block cancerous cell multiplication without killing healthy cells?
The late Mirko Beljanski, PhD, a biologist-biochemist who worked for over 30 years at the famous Pasteur Institute in Paris, dedicated a book to the exploration of the basic principles of DNA replication and transcription and the role of trigger molecules in normal and malignant gene expression.(2)At the time, the scientific community at large considered that the difference between normal and cancer DNA was caused by mutations, that is to say by alterations of DNA’s primary structure (known as the genetic code). This explanation is still held to be true. Though interest now focuses on oncogenes, their harmful activity is considered to derive from mutations that have occurred in normal proto-oncogenes.
In contrast, Mirko Beljanski demonstrated that the fundamental difference between normal and cancer DNA really lies in their secondary structure; the cancer DNA double helix is permanently destabilized over large areas, whereas, in normal DNA, relaxation only occurs locally and temporarily for replication or for gene expression (see fig 2).Unintentional strand separation and exposure of new initiation sites for replication and gene expression account for the characteristic properties of the cancer cell, namely enhanced multiplication and spurious protein synthesis (see fig. 3). Dr. Beljanski focused on complex mechanisms at the biochemical level, analyzing the pathways involved when cells differentiate or escape control during cancer development. Dr. Beljanski devoted much effort to investigating the role of endogenous and exogenous molecules in triggering the differential release of information from DNA as well as influencing cell transformation. He found that carcinogens trigger the unwinding of the cancer DNA’s secondary structure by successively and randomly attaching to vulnerable sites in purified cancer DNA.(3,4)
Dr. Beljanski reasoned that a substance that reacts in an equal and opposite way from carcinogens must surely exist in nature. While carcinogens increase unwinding and duplication in cancer DNA, Dr. Beljanski looked for natural molecules that would do the opposite—partially close the DNA strands and slow down cancer DNA synthesis. Following the analysis of several hundred compounds, Beljanski identified a small number that reduced UV absorption and template activity of cancer DNA in the Oncotest. What is more, these extracts did not affect the results obtained with normal DNA. These were the extracts Beljanski was looking for. Two of the extracts he found, derived from tropical plants, were particularly effective and became the focus of his research.(5) Dr. Beljanski created a new frontier for cancer therapy.
Dr. Beljanski’s extracts were subjected to an extensive series of tests to examine their effect on cultured cancer cells, on animals with various kinds of cancer, and ultimately in numerous human case studies.(6,7,8,9) The extracts showed several consistent and remarkable properties. First, they stopped the proliferation of cancer cell lines maintained in the laboratory, while sparing healthy cells. They were toxic to cancer cells in mice, but did no harm to healthy mice. They have proven to have anticancer effects on a range of human malignancies, but have shown no significant side effects. The activity of these extracts is selective to cancer DNA, to cancer cells, and to the tumors in organisms with cancer.

R.G.C.C.
Research Genetic Cancer Center (R.G.C.C.), a genetic research laboratory whose headquarters are located in Greece, developed a test. R.G.C.C. has developed a patented membrane that is able to capture malignant cells from a simple blood sample. Then they match those malignant cells recovered from the blood sample with a panel of known anti-cancer agents and see what will indeed work. No more guessing, no more false hope.
Originally created to allow oncologists to select the chemotherapy treatment that will be the most effective against each specific cancer, it also allows other practitioners to know what may be the best natural approach to cancer therapy as well.
