And chuck

And there is something we eat it idonooo it's name

But after boiling it for an hour

We broke the bones with a hamer and take the meat in it

Nice. If you're feeling good, then go for it.

Potatoes are more nutritious than rice (or oats), and coconut oil would be more appropriate than olive oil, but you look like you're doing well.

Higher protein is usually detrimental. 0.82 grams of protein per pound of lean body mass is the maximum beneficial amount.

Lentils with ground lamb, garlic, onions, carrots, coriander, cumin, ginger sauted with some butter, over rice or you can use quinoa. Sounds delish huh? :D

I think this is intended as a short term possible weight/fat-loss diet, not a sustainable long-term diet. There is a thread with answers from Peat to a bunch of questions, including one about what he typically ate at that time. He ate more than this list.
Peat has been quite clear that being able to maintain weight on such a low calorie diet is a strong indication of hypothyroid state, and most people need quite a bit more food than this if their metabolism is in a good place.

Out of curiosity, when you say your folk don't eat muscle meat, which odo they typically eat? All the other organs and tissues?

My diet is about
6 bowl of rice a day(or oats)
6 bananas
6 apples
Orange juice 1 to 8 cups
Olive oil 2 tsble spoon a day
Coffee with every meal
10 tablespoon of sugar a day
No supplement at all
4 to 8 cups of coffee a day
Carbonated water for co2 help

Are you still eating eggs, cheese, 100g lamb, spinach, tomato, cucumber, olives and french bread as part of your improved diet?

Sorry if I confused anyone about "muscle meat" - shank and chuck are muscle meat, but they contain lots of collagen, so the amino acid composition is better. These are the tough cuts that need to be slow cooked.

I remember my mom boiling them for about 4 to 6 hours

Their water will be soup
And the meat we add them to any thing we re gonna eat it like spinach and rice as example

In my life I read about 500 books

I never found someone interesting and deep like Ray peat

But he is a human
So he has some mistakes

But I love him as a real teacher

I didn't mean when I don't accept his point of view that I don't respect him or appreciate him

It's just I don't consider him or any one a god

So I take what I feel is right and leave what's not without disrespectING him

I love him so much
And I love this forum as a family for me

I swear to god that i usually have sex minimum once every day
When i start applying the peat ideas. I swear i start avoid the girls i sleep with. My penis shrinked to the max.
I lost like 30 percent of my penis size. Im now 7inches when aroused. It used to be 9.5 to ten( im an engineer: i used a ruler)

I think longevity is feeling as young as possible while your alive. So if your 100 and feel like your 65 or 70 and have a active life then its worth living to 100
