See the last 3 readings...impressively high. Also, yesterday I toke B6 300 mg and today in the morning, but before sunbathing I didn't felt any signifcant variation, also I've done B6 100 mg twice a day before with pulse and temps far from what I got...
So, it seems that while I'm under the sun, my metabolism is rised a lot. Would this be useful in the long run? is a good idea?

I think intense sun can easily just head up your body, from the outside in. Did you allow yourself significant time to cool down?

Yes, hours later without sun exposure I still have high pulse (higher than 100, even around 110) and I feel ambience temp higher. I felt the same some days ago while laying in the sun a bit longer I felt my heart beat stronger and faster, now I know it's related. I don't feel badly about it, I feel like when you get ashamed and your body feels hotter

Yeah sunlight is great. Get as much as you can without getting sunburned. I also get increased metabolism from sunbathing, as well as many other benefits. One of the best single things you can do to improve your health.

Ok but was your body temperature higher hours later? A pulse over 100 is way too high and indicates stress most likely. UV can be very stressful and damaging to the skin, best to ease into sunbathing gradually over a few weeks. That feeling of heat could just be sunburn. What latitude are you at?

Current pulse: 108 ppm (impressively high at this hour)
Current temp: 37,1 ºC (not impressive)
Time is: 19:30. Normally at this time I would have about 70 to 80 ppm. Today is really higher than usual.
It was right after eating and having a cold glass of juice, so, maybe temp was a little bit higher.
Latitude‎: ‎10.500000

BTW, I have about two months sunbathing, usually about 15 to 30 min a day, today it was about 1 to 2 hours, half of it in the morning, the other half at afternon

Is that 10.5N or S? Either way you guys are still getting a lot of sun this time of year, so I think you're just sunburning yourself. Start with a few minutes a day in the morning, then work up to more time, then if you want start doing it closer to noon. If you want more light, you could also try red light. There's no risk of sunburn with red light. Ideal pulse is around 80 according to Peat, 110 is way too high.

Redness is minimal. Mostly in a small part of my face. Is it possible to be sun burning yourself and not presenting significant redness?

I don't get very red when I sunburn, I mostly get a burning sensation or peeling several days later.

Here's a quote from @j.

I heard Peat on a radio show warn against too much UV because it can encourage the release of fatty acids into the bloodstream. One should avoid even getting the reddish color from sun exposure. Also, aspirin or PUFA elimination for a long time allows one to be exposed to the sun for more time with less damage.

Well, since months of sunbathing my skin have not experiment any peeling. Maybe a little bit of red color. Also, I have managed to expose to sun while monitoring my pulse and when I'm about 85 to 90 ppm, I stop it hahaha it's like "pulse on demand"
Maybe another rats on sunny countries can relate
