Coconut Oil Vs Butter For PUFA

I've read a few times about people frying an egg (or other PUFA rich food) in coconut oil to displace the PUFA. Would grassfed Butter or Tallow be just as effective?

RP recommends some saturated fat in every meal to block PUFA access to
mitochondria . Saturated fat also helps with reducing bad bacteria.
If weight loss is a goal then replacing fat with more sugar is beneficial.
Coconut oil is more saturated than butter and tallow.
Coconut oil also has the advantage of increasing metabolism
as its Medium chain fatty acids are metabolized quickly than other fats.
I feel much better cooking in coconut oil than butter.
Butter from grass-fed should have lots of vitamin K and
it is a good source of vitamin A. Estrogen is also high in butter.
Though it is quite low compared to human production.
PUFA content is bit higher in butter and tallow than in coconut oil.
It is best to go by the taste and after effect.
I try to keep the PUFA intake below 4 grams, RP mentioned
that less than 4 grams is protective against cancer.

Why do my eggs always stick in coconut oil but not butter. Ive tried many brands too. (not really expecting an answer, just venting)

Interesting, another unusual similar thing I noticed is when I would use coconut oil in my smoothies, my nutrabullet blender would be extremely greasy and hard to clean. When I switched to just milk and fruit (saw it with 2% and Whole), the plastic blender was super clean with no "oily" effect at all, a breeze to clean. I wondered this condition carried over into my inner body.
