Does anyone have a quantity amount that suggests that you are bleeding more than "normal" on your period?

I think this link represents a fairly thoughtful consensus:

Upwards of 60 mls may be cause for concern, but more common measures are increase in the number of pads or flooding of clothes/bedding.

Heavy periods - NHS Choices

Thanks for the link. Indeed, this is a thoughtful consensus. However, one thing that worries me is the "is this normal for you" aspect: Most women have a good idea about how much bleeding is normal for them during their period and can tell when this amount increases or decreases.

I think sometimes "normal" is relative but it is nice to see them actually put an amount to the claim.
