Sugar VS Sucralose... which is better to consume, in a flavored drink say such as flavored BCAA's or a preworkout drink? Something that you would consume daily...
I believe I may have misunderstood Ray's view of sugar, and I have decided to drop using sucralose in favor of using Gatorade powder and/or simple sugar powder drink flavoring. Is this a mistake?
Which would be the healthier option?
