@ Such_Saturation: im like if they made this progress with physical capability, i gotta reconsider my position on AI :borg:

@ meatbag: yeah the potential is endless, no one would have to work anymore really. Or at least, not on anything physically dangerous. At the same time we can barely get basic stuff on the computer to work sometimes tho, so probz very far off

@ Anders86: When Peat writes "Riboflavin can probably be useful when applied topically, but because of its extreme sensitivity to light, it should usually be used only internally, unless the treated skin is covered to prevent exposure to light." Does he then mean "internally" as an injection?

@ meatbag: i think he talks about giving a friend with a red nose from drinking alochol B2 pills, so it may mean orally or injection

@ michael94: potato flakes have 0% iron, whats the explanation for that?

@ Anders86: That is right @meatbag, thank you. He also mention setting his friend up for a weekly shot at the doctor. I`m just nitpicking as I want to consume as less allergenics as possible.

@ meatbag: @Anders86 liver has a fair amount of B2 and I've never noticed any allergenic symptoms from the Energin product when I've used it. I remember a b-vitamin supplement I took a few years ago for sports bothering my stomach so yeah it can def. do that imo
                            • Nov 22, 2017 at 11:50 AM
@ Anders86: @meatbag Yeah Energin is what`s on my mind really. I guess it`s fine oral, I havn`t noticed anything bad from it. Thank you again :)
