I checked my blood after few month on almost potato + butter diet with gelatin sometimes.

Cholesterol: 6.55 (2.90 - 5.20)

TSH: 8.780 (0.270 - 4.200) Very High
Cortisol 660.8 (171-536; 64-327) High
Prolactin: 592.40 (86.00 - 324.00) Very High
Estradiol: 5.5 (7.63 - 42.60) Low
Progesterone: 1.3 (0.70 - 4.30)
Testosterone: 12.770 (8.640 - 29.000)
DHEA: 192.8 (160.0 - 449.0)

Ferritin 122.63 (20.00 - 250.00)
Ceruloplasmin 19.40 (20.00 - 60.00) Low
Iron in serum 24.41 (11.00 - 28.00)
Copper in serum 697.00 (700.0 - 1400.0) Low

Looks like my thyroid doesn't work at all. Thinking about trying thyroid supplementing. Where do I start?

Probably protein deficient. I wrote about a possible Peat-Primal diet in the "mission impossible" thread.

With your prolactin that high you should consider getting an MRI of your pituitary. You could be developing a prolactinoma, in which case there are many effective drugs to reduce prolactin. The high prolactin can interfere with thyroid function.

On the other hand, your prolactin is just over the range. You might have primary hypothyroidism, which leads to high TRH which can enlarge lactotrophs and lead to elevations in prolactin. High TRH will elevate TSH.

I would start with sorting out your thyroid issue, which would likely help prolactin.

Couple of questions I have:
What medications are you taking? Any opioids recently?

Family history of thyroid issues?

How long has your diet been changed, how do you sleep?

Have you noticed problems with your refractory period? When did those start?

Did your thyroid issues happen before any changes in libido and refractory?

I have no meds. No opioids ever.

No family history of thyroid issues I guess.

It slowly began to appear. I am accutane user in the past and I think everything became worse after veganism and even worse after few months peatings. No libido, low energy, brain fog, low weight, etc.
