I know cold hands and feet usually means high adrenaline and I've heard that high cortisol can cover up low thyroid by raising temperatures. Does this relate to temperature of extremities as well? In other words can high cortisol also cause hands and feet to warm up or are warm hands and feet almost always an indication of decent thyroid function?
