FWIW Epicor isn't saccharomyces cerevisiae but a fermentate of it (so supposedly doesn't have the yeast in it?)... Embria (the maker) has some studies though on its helping permeability & endotoxin. I have been dealing with a serious condition produced by inflammation, permeability, and endotoxin, and it seems that Epicor affects me much more profoundly than does ondansetron, which is very surprising to me. I think it's something that may be of serious interest to some people.
