Radiation Burns - Need Help

My mother-in law just went through several radiation treatments for a brain tumor/growth. Her hair has fallen out and she now has some blistering on her scalp. Does anyone have suggestions for a topical “ointment or salve”?
I hoped she would have listened to a few of my Peaty suggestions like progesterone or red light but the establishment is too powerful to resist.
