Never could wrap my hands around Panquinone. I take Lapodin (10 drops in orange juice)daily for the anti cancer effect of emodin and Pau d'Arco. I take it with threonine to create methylglyoxal.

I've tried Lapodin, bought like 2 or 3 bottles I think. Have been experimenting with panquinone as of late. They both definitely seem to increase respiration. Both warm me up and seem to increase co2. Only difference is that Lapodin seems pretty strongly progestogenic compared to panquinone. Makes me very sleepy compared to panquinone, which can be an issue for me during the day when I'm working. That's why I'm doing panquinone atm.
