Since these fats induce inflammation in tissues wouldn't this mean a faster recovery from workouts and musclular stress? Or am I completely mistaken, also if you talk about other things omega 6s do in the body (in this thread) not regarding muscle recovery please don't. I know all about your hate of pufas, in this thread lets focus on recovery from exercise.

They don’t boost muscle growth as much as being low in pufa would.

First tell us why you think inducing inflammation in tissues would lead to a faster recovery from workouts and muscular stress. I fail to get the premise underlying your question.
