I get enough:
BCAA
Lysine
Threonine
Phenylalanine

but far from enough of:

Histidine
Methionine
Tryptophan (oversensitive to it)

What amino acid deficiency most likely gives me muscle pain? Thanks in advance.

How you know its caused by a amino deficiency?!
Been eating like 15g protein/day the last 3.5 months, and when I got the pain about a week ago I added:

BCAA
Lysine
Threonine
Phenylalanine

which helped a lot, but now I probably have another amino acid deficiency.

What dosages each are you taking them aminos? Also what is the timing of your doses?

I know it's not really Peat friendly, but you could try glutamine. Has helped me in the past with muscle soreness.

Since today I'm taking two doses 30 mins after eating my rice with butter, and I'm using the MAP ratios.

I've been eyeing Glutamine as well and will try that if Taurine and Beta-alanine doesn't help. Thanks.

Also increase overal protein intake.
