How Much Elemental Copper In Supplements?

i take 4 mg copper gluconate a day...how much elemental copper does the body need a day to balance net losses for example? The amount of elemental copper in copper gluconate is approximately 6.5% that would give me around 260 micrograms of elemental copper that is not much...thoughts?

So taking around around 20 mg of copper gluconate will give about 1.3 mg of actual elemental copper
