It's a torture when I want to sleep.
I just can't rest.
Sometimes I got this feeling in the next morning too, but not that strong.

Too much sugar or stressed? I was always stressed and the "add" type of guy, but it got worse and this nocturnal restlessness is new or at least on a whole other level.

Btw. I was trying progesterone cream over the last two days. At first it relaxed me and I felt better, but the nocturnal restlessness was even worse. Maybe coincidence?

I get this when I have to much sugar, even good sugar like fruits.

If I want to get most of carbs from sugar that day than I try to have them in am.

- EMF's near sleeping environment (check electrical appliances, routers, phones)
- Not enough food (and/or too much sugar as suggested). I need starch and maybe a little protein. Fat can be helpful too but I'm currently eating a VLF diet so I'm not doing that part. Starch is sufficient for me though. (Not sugar)
- Don't do any stress inducing activities before bed (I'm guilty of this)... so avoid stressful video games or even stressful TV shows etc...
