Hey,

I am having ruminant liver as liverwurst 1-2 times per week. Should I take Brewer's Yeast which is grown on sugar beets on the other days?
Can one overdose B-vitamins?
How about this product:
https://www.amazon.de/dp/B000BD0S1W/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_vxrhAb1119HS2
Any product recommendations?

How about Green Pastures Fermented Cod Liver Oil?
As far as I know cod is a Rays food, but how about cod liver oil? What I like about it is its high amount of Vitamin A, D and posibbly K2,
but on the other hand I am afraid of its DHA and EPA.

Thanks for your help, very much appreciated.

Welcome.

My recommendation would simply be NO.
No, you don't need to supplement with Brewers yeast. Nor cod liver oil.
Thumbs up for liver and liverwurst.

Cod liver oil is full of rancid pufa. Definitely not recommend around here. The brewers yeast isn’t that bad. Even Ray said that it cured his fathers diabetes. Probably estrogenic but maybe ok for short term if your doing everything else right.

That yeast is really expensive there. Same tub is half the price here in the US on Amazon.com with Prime shipping. Is there some European brand there that would be more reasonably priced?
