Hello.
So i have a energy problem and i am trying to figure if i am thiamine deficient.
I am taking thiamine hcl supplement in various dosages and no improvement so far.
I recently read a thread in which a member got a big increase in energy from the fat soluble derivates of thiamine and plain thiaminine hcl was not helping him in the energy production.

I took big doses and b2 and b3 in the past and did not get any negative effects.
AFAIK those 3 vitamins are working together and should deplete each other.

Should i take this as an indicator that i am not thiamine deficient?

Thank you

Maybe. I seem to have noticeable mental benefits from thiamine and I'm the type that usually does not feel many supplements. How much are you taking of all of them?

100 mg daily. And up to 2000mg sometimes.

Yea, at those doses I usually feel a little more focused. It's subtle though.
